Wayne dedicated over 30 years of his life to Delta Airlines, where his hard work and leadership shaped many careers and friendships. Following his retirement in 2001, he continued to build upon his vision for aviation excellence, founding International Component Repair in 2002. Today, this company employs more than 50 people, a testament to his determination, entrepreneurial spirit, and belief in people.

Wayne was more than a leader—he was a man of humility, kindness, and quiet strength. His presence brought peace, wisdom, and encouragement to all who knew him. He lived his life with integrity and faith, reflecting the heart of Jesus in the way he cared for others.

While Wayne never sought the spotlight, his legacy will continue to shine through the work we do each day, the opportunities he created, and the lives he touched.
